Country UC Ltd — the coordinating body for 28 Country Universities Centres across NSW, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, and Norfolk Island — is appointing a Company Secretary.

This is a statutory officer role under the Corporations Act. The person in it is appointed by and accountable to the Board, and operates independently of the CEO on governance matters. That independence matters to us.

Behind our network are over 4,000 students who chose to stay in their communities to study. That choice deserves an organisation that governs well — with the right infrastructure, the right oversight, and a board that can focus on strategy rather than administration.

The Company Secretary makes that possible.

The Role

Part-time, 12-month contract (~0.25 FTE). Remote-capable. $35,000 p.a. + 12% super, with NFP salary packaging available.
